摘　　要：阐述电子商务课程的校企合作教学实训模式,实现创业和实训相融合的创新策略,加强学校和企业之间的深度合作,多给学生创造实践学习的机会,在多次实训中培养学生的创业意识。This paper expounds the school enterprise cooperation teaching and training mode of e-commerce course,realizes the innovative strategy of combining entrepreneurship and practical training,strengthens the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,creates more opportunities for students to practice and learn,and cultivates students'entrepreneurial awareness in multiple practical training.
