摘 要:《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(2022年版)》《住院医师规范化培训基地标准(2022年版)》(简称“两个标准”)和14项教学活动指南的颁布,为建立新时代临床病理科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)培训体系包括教学体系、考核评价体系和管理体系提供了重要的遵循和依据。“两个标准”要求以住院医师为中心,贯彻立德树人的根本任务,全过程树立提升住院医师临床岗位核心胜任力的培养理念。教学体系由培训课程、培训教材、教学活动(包括理论授课和实践操作)和考核评价组成。考核评价体系由日常考核、出科考核(含亚专业阶段考核)和年度考核3部分组成。浙江大学医学院附属第二医院临床病理科专业基地遵循“两个标准”和教学活动指南,结合实践经验,提出临床病理科住培的“3年12项100分”考核评价体系,供同道借鉴。The promulgation of the Contents and Standards for Standardized Resident Training(2022Edition), Standards for Standardized Resident Training Bases( 2022 Edition)(abbrieviation Two Standards) and 14 teaching activity guidelines provide important guidance and basis for establishing a standardized training systems for clinical pathology residents in the new era, including a teaching system, an assessment and evaluation system and a management system. It requires focusing on residents, implementing the fundamental task of establishing ethics and cultivating people, and establishing a cultivation concept of improving the core competency of resident doctors in clinical posts throughout the process. The teaching system consists of training courses, training materials, teaching activities(including theoretical teaching and practical operation), and assessment and evaluation. The assessment and evaluation system consists of three parts: daily assessment, course assessment( including sub professional assessment)and annual assessment. The Clinical Pathology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College follows the Two Standards for residential training and teaching activity guidelines,and based on achieved practical experience, proposes a "three year, 12 items, 100 points" evaluation system for residential training. It should be referential to our colleagues.
