摘　　要：目的介绍美国泌尿外科毕业后教育及认证体系,为我国开展泌尿外科专科医师规范化培训提供借鉴。方法综合国内外文献及上海市泌尿外科专科医师规范化培训(简称专培)现状,开展中美泌尿外科专科医师培训、考核、保障以及毕业后专科执业资质认证的对照研究。结果研究显示上海市泌尿外科专科医师规范化培训在专培架构及师资建设、专培医师考核与保障、执业资质认定等方面均存在进一步提升空间。充足的师资力量、严格的理论知识培训、扎实的外科技能培训体系以及严密的评价与监督机制是提升泌尿外科专培质量的核心。结论参考国际先进的专培管理架构和培训考核方案,构建适合我国国情的泌尿外科专培管理体系,设立成熟的专业资质认证制度,将有助于建设高水平、同质化的国际一流泌尿外科专科医师梯队。Objective To summarize the post-graduation education and certification system of urology in the United States,and to provide reference for the training of urology specialists in China.Methods The references of domestic and foreign literatures were reviewed to carry out a comparative study of the training of urological specialists in China and the United States.Results The results showed that the pilot training of urology specialists in China should be further improved in terms of training structure and teacher development,training residents'assessment and guarantee,practicing qualifications and certification.Conclusion China's urology specialist training system is still in the exploratory stage.Copmared to the international advanced training and assessment systems,it is necessary to build a standardized training and certification system for urology specialists,which will help build a high-level,homogeneous world-class team of urology professionals in China.
