摘  要:针对综采工作面刮板输送机存在的轻载或超载问题,进行负载预测下的刮板输送机调速控制系统设计,同时基于模糊PID控制模型对采煤机与刮板输送机牵引速度进行协同调节。通过试验发现,该系统能够有效降低刮板输送机轻载、超载运行时长,并可进行带速的自适应调控,达到节能减耗效果。In view of the light load and overload problem of scraper machine in the comprehensive mining face,the design of speed control system of scraper machine under load prediction is carried out,and the traction speed of coal miner and scraper conveyor is also cooperatively regulated based on fuzzy PID control model.It is found that the system can effectively reduce the light load and overload running time of the scraper,and can carry out adaptive regulation of the belt speed to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction effect.
