摘  要:为解决提升机传动转子串电子调速方式的调速曲线不平滑、提升容器停车定位不准确的问题,在对提升机系统简单概述的基础上,根据提升机电气控制系统的要求完成了关键硬件包括变频器、PLC控制器及其配套模块的选型,并为提升机变频调速设计了模糊PID的三闭环控制策略,为保证提升机的运输效率、节能效果和安全性奠定了扎实的理论基础。In order to solve the problems of unsmooth speed regulation curve and inaccurate positioning of hoist container parking in the electronic speed regulation method of hoist drive rotor string;on the basis of a brief overview of hoist system,the selection of key hardware including frequency converter,PLC controller and its supporting modules was completed according to the requirements of hoist electrical control system;finally,a three-closed-loop control strategy of fuzzy PID was designed for hoist frequency regulation Finally,a three-closed-loop control strategy with fuzzy PID is designed for the hoist speed regulation,which lays a solid theoretical foundation to ensure the transport efficiency,energy saving and safety of the hoist.
