摘 要:《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》的颁布与实施,促使儿童家庭体育的健康有序发展成为家庭教育领域中的重要议题。本文探讨家长参与儿童家庭体育的价值,明确其存在的困境,运用计划行为理论提出促进策略,旨在促进家庭体育的开展。研究认为,多主体性、多空间性、多内容性、多目的性是家长参与儿童家庭体育的主要特征。家长参与儿童家庭体育的价值是社会践行“家国一体”家庭观的重要基石,是家庭践行“家-校-社”共育理念的重要环节,是家长构建和谐家庭的重要途径。但家长在参与儿童家庭体育的过程中面临着3个维度的困境:认知偏差和价值误判导致行为态度不积极,代际冲突和同侪效应导致主观规范不稳定,知识匮乏和体能不足导致知觉行为控制不达标。促进策略:加强外部推动,注重内部驱动,转变家长参与的行为态度;消弭代际冲突,发挥同侪效应,坚定家长参与的主观规范;利用网络媒体,强化自我约束,提升家长参与的知觉行为控制。The promulgation and implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China makes the healthy and orderly development of children’s family sports an important issue in the field of family edu-cation.The study discusses the values of parents’participation in children’s family sports,makes clear the existing dilem-mas,and puts forward the strategies through planning behavior theory,aiming to promote the development of family sports.According to the study,multi-subjectivity,multi-space,multi-content and multi-purpose are the main characteristics of pa-rents’participation in children’s family sports.The values of parents’participation in children’s family sports are an important cornerstone for the society to practice the family concept of“family and country as one”,an important link for families to practice the co-education concept of“home-school-community”,and an important way for parents to build a harmonious family.However,in the participation process,parents are faced with three dimensions of dilemmas:negative behavior attitude caused by cognitive deviation and value misjudgment,unstable subjective norms caused by intergenera-tional conflict and peer effect,and substandard perceived behavior control caused by lack of knowledge and physical strength.The promotion strategies include strengthening the external promotion,focusing on the internal drive,and changing the behavior attitude of parents’participation;eliminating intergenerational conflict,exerting peer effect and strengthening the subjective norm of parents’participation;utilizing network media,strengthening self-restraint,improving the perceptual behavior control of parents’participation.
