MOOC+翻转课堂混合教学模式对药学创新人才培养的策略研究

摘　　要：新药研发的革新离不开创新思维和创新人才。因此,药学专业理所应当成为推进医药专业创新型人才培养的前沿专业。沈阳药科大学建校已90年,教师在专业人才培养中具有丰富的教学经验,但是传统的教育教学理念和人才培养模式已经不能满足培养新型药学创新人才的需求。基于“MOOC+翻转课堂”教学模式优势,针对药学创新人才培养中关键问题,基于生物基础课程建设,建立药学创新人才培养模式,对于药学创新拔尖人才的培养具有重要的意义。New drug research and development is inseparable from innovative thinking and innovative talents.Therefore,Pharmacy is a frontier major to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in the pharmaceutical industry.Teachers in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University,which has been established for 90 years,have rich teaching experience in the training of professional talents.However,the traditional education and teaching concepts and talent training models can no longer meet the needs of innovative pharmacy talents in the new era.Based on the advantages of the“MOOC+Flipped Classroom”teaching mode and the basic biological courses,aiming at the key problems in the cultivation of innovative pharmaceutical talents,the establishment of a training model is of great significance for the cultivation of top innovative pharmaceutical talents.
