摘  要:提出一种通过建立某型号发动机的整机三维多体动力学模型来计算凸轮轴受力的方法。基于分析软件自带的模块生成圆角子模型;利用子模型方法获得凸轮轴的全局模型及子模型单位载荷应力从而计算获得凸轮轴圆角安全系数;建立3种不同复杂程度的三维曲轴动力学模型;通过分析计算,观察采用不同模型计算扭振的准确性。研究结果证明:考虑齿轮系的计算方法会对扭振的计算产生一定的影响,并且齿轮系所产生的影响大于离合器。This paper proposes a method to calculate the force on the camshaft by establishing a three-dimensional multi-body dynamic model of an engine.A corner sub model was generated based on the module of the analysis software,and the global model and the unit load stress of the sub model were obtained by using the sub model method to calculate the safety factor of the camshaft fillet.On the basis of the above research,three kinds of three-dimensional crankshaft dynamic models with different complexity were established,and through analysis and calculation,the accuracy of applying different models calculating torsional vibration was observed.The results show that considering the calculation method of gear train will have a certain influence on the calculation of torsional vibration,and the influence of gear train is greater than that of clutch.
