摘  要:目的在枝江市中医医院消化内科护理管理中实施绩效考核管理,并分析其对护士心理状态、护理质量的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月期间在枝江市中医医院消化内科任职的16名护理人员为研究对象。2022年7—12月实施绩效考核管理,实施前(2021年1—6月)应用常规管理制度,对实施前、后进行对照研究,评价实施前后护士的心理弹性[中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、情绪状态[中国积极情感消极情感量表(PANAS)]以及护理质量。结果实施绩效考核管理后,护士坚韧、乐观、力量等CD-RISC评分均明显提高,且PANAS量表中PA评分明显提高,NA评分明显降低,较实施前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施绩效考核管理后各项护理质量评分均明显提高,较实施前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施绩效考核管理可改善护士的心理状态,提高整体护理质量。Objective To implement performance appraisal management in the nursing management of Department of Gastroenterology in Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and analyze its impact on nurses'psychologi-cal state and nursing quality.Methods 16 nurses who worked in the Gastroenterology Department of Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.In July to De-cember 2022,the performance appraisal management will be implemented.Before the implementation(January to June 2022),the conventional management system will be applied,and a comparative study will be carried out before and after the implementation.The psychological resilience[Chinese Version of Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)],emotional state[Chinese Positive and Negative Affective Scale(PANAS)]and nursing quality of nurses were evaluated before and after implementation.Results After the implementation of performance appraisal management,the CD-RISC scores of nurses'tenacity,optimism,and strength were all significantly improved,and the PA scores in the PANAS scale were significantly improved,and the NA scores were significantly decreased.Compared with before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of performance ap-praisal management,all nursing quality scores were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant compared with that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of performance ap-praisal management can improve the psychological state of nurses and improve the overall quality of nursing care.
