摘 要:目的:了解医学生的创新行为现状,探究创新行为的影响因素,为增强医学生的社交焦虑提供理论依据。方法:采用一般情况调查问卷、创新行为量表、主动性人格问卷、积极心理资本问卷、内在动机量表对1850名医学生进行问卷调查。采用t检验、方差分析、Pearson相关分析、分层线性回归分析对该人群的创新行为现状进行单因素和多因素分析。结果:创新行为的总分为(36.68±7.64)分,条目均分为(3.67±0.93)分。分层线性回归分析结果显示,主动性人格是创新行为的主要影响因素,对创新行为有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.523,P<0.01,△R^(2)=69.9%),心理资本对创新行为有正向预测作用(β=0.108,P<0.01,△R^(2)=1.4%),内在动机对创新行为水平有正向预测作用(β=0.281,P<0.01,△R^(2)=2.0%)。结论:医学生的创新行为水平得分中上等,主动性人格、心理资本与内在动机是其创新行为水平的主要影响因素。在未来针对该人群的创新行为培养时,应重点关注主动性人格、心理资本以及内在动机,采取针对性的措施提高其创新能力和水平,有助于为医学生的创新能力培养和职业发展提供参考和支持。Objective:To understand the current status of medical students’innovative behaviors and to explore the factors influencing innovative behaviors to provide a theoretical basis for enhancing medical students’social anxiety.Methods:A general profile questionnaire,innovative behavior scale,proactive personality questionnaire,positive psychological capital questionnaire,and intrinsic motivation scale were used to survey 1850 medical students.The t-test,ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis,and stratified linear regression analysis were used to analyze the current state of innovative behavior of this population in a univariate and multifactorial manner.Results:The total score of innovative behavior was(36.68±7.64)points and the mean score of the entries was(3.67±0.93)points.The results of stratified linear regression analysis showed that proactive personality was the main influence on innovative behavior and had a significant positive predictive effect on innovative behavior(β=0.523,P<0.01,△R^(2)=69.9%),psychological capital had a positive predictive effect on innovative behavior(β=0.108,P<0.01,△R^(2)=1.4%),and intrinsic motivation had a positive predictive effect on the level of innovative behavior(β=0.281,P<0.01,△R^(2)=2.0%).Conclusion:The level of innovative behavior of medical students scored medium to high,and initiative personality,psychological capital and intrinsic motivation were the main influencing factors of their innovative behavior level.In the future innovative behavior cultivation for this population,we should focus on proactive personality,psychological capital and intrinsic motivation,and take targeted measures to improve their innovative ability and level,which can help provide reference and support for the innovative ability cultivation and career development of medical students.
