摘　　要：胃癌是普遍公认的恶性程度比较高的肿瘤。随着肿瘤治疗进入精准治疗时代,临床上开始对胃癌患者进行特定驱动基因的检测,这有助于治疗方案的制定,为个体化肿瘤治疗提供更为全面的参考价值。本文报道一例PARP抑制剂后线治疗BRCA2基因突变晚期胃癌的诊治资料,以提高对胃癌中特殊基因BRCA2的认识,并为胃癌个体化治疗方案的制定提供科学依据。Gastric cancer is generally recognized as a tumor which is relatively high malignant.As tumor treatment enters the era of precise treatment,the detection of specific genes for gastric cancer patients have begun to be carried out in clinic,which is conducive to the formulation of treatment plans and provides a more comprehensive reference value for individualized tumor treatment.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of advanced gastric cancer with BRCA2 gene mutation using PARP inhibitor,which can improve the understanding of the BRCA2 gene mutation in gastric cancer and provide scientific basis for the formulation of individualized treatment plan for gastric cancer.
