摘 要:回转马达在液压机上得到了广泛应用,其对提高液压控制精度具有重要意义。为了降低叶片式回转马达电液伺服系统时滞特征,设计了一种模糊控制反向传播(BP)预测方法,经仿真测试发现该预测方法可以显著提升液压转台频响,并改善系统跟踪性能。运用BP与仿真数据构建回转马达电液伺服系统预测模型,在给定步长下实现电液伺服系统输出预测。计算输出信号误差和变化率,按照模糊控制规则,并根据误差与变化率参数实现系统控制量的调节。采用BP预测模糊对电液伺服系统进行控制时获得了稳定的输出幅值,可以对超调现象起到良好控制效果。相比较传统比例积分微分控制(PID)方法,可获得更高跟踪精度和更优抗干扰性能。该研究对提高叶片式回转马达控制精度具有很好的实际指导价值。Rotary motor has been widely used in hydraulic press,which is of great significance to improve the hydraulic control accuracy.In order to reduce the time delay characteristics of electrohydraulic servo system of vane rotary motor,a fuzzy control back propagation(BP)prediction method is designed.The simulation results show that the prediction method can significantly improve the frequency response of hydraulic turntable and improve the tracking performance of the system.The prediction model of rotary motor electro-hydraulic servo system is built with BP and simulation data,and the output prediction of electro-hydraulic servo system is realized under the given step size.The error and change rate of output signal are calculated according to the fuzzy control rules,and the control quantity of the system is adjusted according to the error and change rate parameters.When BP prediction fuzzy is used to control the electro-hydraulic servo system,the stable output amplitude is obtained and the overshoot phenomenon can be controlled effectively.Compared with the traditional proportional-integral-derivative control(PID)control method,it can obtain higher tracking accuracy and better anti-interference performance.The research has a practical guiding value to improve the control precision of vane rotary motor.
