摘  要:目的以新现病原微生物新型冠状病毒为案例探讨整合式专题教学模式,将医学微生物学课程教学内容与多学科资源整合,为学生构建其生物学特性、感染、致病及诊、防、治的完整知识体系。方法围绕新型冠状病毒科学研究进展和防控前沿信息,以其发现、命名、生物学形状、致病机理、实验诊断、预防与治疗等微生物学核心知识为主线,并从深度和广度上加以延伸和拓展,有机融合相关医学学科专业知识、临床实践,在此基础上进行问题导向式教学设计,并融入课程思政,形成以微生物学知识为主,同时融合多学科知识和学科发展前沿的案例型整合式专题教学。结果以新型冠状病毒为案例的整合式专题教学,受到了学生的欢迎和认可,取得了积极的教学效果。结论以新型冠状病毒为案例的整合式专题教学实践在教学方法和形式上做了全新的尝试,有利于医学微生物学专业知识的学习,而且能更好地培养医学生临床思维、创新思维、科研思维,促进综合素质的全面发展。Objective Taking the newly discovered pathogenic microorganism SARS-CoV-2 as a case,we carried on a preliminary study of the integrated thematic teaching mode,integrate medical microbiology content and multi-disciplinary resources to build a complete knowledge system of the characteristics,infection,pathogenesis,diagnosis,prevention and treatment of it for students.Methods Centering on its scientific research progress and cutting-edge information on prevention and control of SARSCoV-2,We took the core knowledge of Medical Microbiology such as its discovery,naming,biological shape,pathogenesis,experimental diagnosis,prevention and treatment as the main line,extended and expanded it in depth and breadth,organically integrated the professional knowledge of relevant medical disciplines and clinical practice.On this basis,we conducted problem oriented teaching design and integrated the curriculum ideological and political education into it to form a case-based integrated thematic teaching that focuses on microbiology knowledge and integrates multi-disciplinary knowledge and discipline development frontier.Results The Integrated thematic teaching practice has been welcomed and recognized by students and achieved positive teaching results.Conclusion The integrated thematic teaching practice with SARS-CoV-2 as a case makes a new attempt in teaching methods and forms.It is not only beneficial to the study of medical microbiology professional knowledge,but also can better cultivate medical students'clinical thinking,innovative thinking,scientific research thinking,and promote the comprehensive development of students'comprehensive quality.
