摘 要:目的 探讨基于学分制的弹性学制管理模式的应用效果,为量化护士规范化培训过程管理提供依据和参考。方法 选取新疆某医院2018年新入职的97名新护士作为对照组,采用传统的固定学制进行培训管理;2019年新入职的76名新护士作为观察组,采用基于学分制的弹性学制进行培训管理。比较两组护士培训后理论知识及操作考核成绩、护士核心能力、培训认可程度和离职倾向等差异。结果 实施学分制的弹性学制进行培训管理后,观察组护士理论及操作考核成绩高于对照组;护士核心能力得分及科研与评判性思维、临床护理、领导能力、专业发展、教育咨询五个维度得分高于对照组;对规范化培训认可程度得分及组织管理、内容方式、个人发展三个维度得分高于对照组护士;离职倾向发生率明显低于对照组;上述指标组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于学分制的弹性学制管理模式有助于调动新护士学习积极性,加强规范化培训过程管理,从而更好地利用培训资源,可在规范化培训机构中加强推广与应用。Objective To explore the application eff ect of the fl exible school system management mode based on the credit system,and to provide the basis and reference for quantifying the standardized training process management of nurses.Methods 97 new nurses from a hospital in Xinjiang in 2018 were selected as the control group and took the traditional fi xed school system for training management;76 new nurses in 2019 were selected as the observation group and took the fl exible academic system based on credit system for training management.The diff erences of theoretical knowledge,core competence,training recognition and turnover tendency between the two groups were compared.Results After the implementation of fl exible academic system,the scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the core competence and research and judgment thinking,clinical nursing,leadership ability,professional development and educational consultation were higher than the control group,the scores of standardized training recognition,organizational management,content mode and personal development were higher,the incidence of turnover tendency was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,the diff erences between the above index groups have statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion The flexible management mode of academic system based on credit system helps to mobilize the learning enthusiasm of new nurses,strengthen the standardized training process management,so as to make better use of training resources,and strengthen the promotion and application in standardized training institutions.
