三教改革生态共同体的内在逻辑机理

摘　　要：该研究以浙江省6所双高建设学校为例,将“三教”改革作为深化学院内涵建设的着力点和突破口,在贯彻落实“职教20条”以及“双高”建设的背景下,通过实地走访与调查问卷相结合的研究方式,条分缕析高职教育中教师、教材、教法三者合为学习共同体的内在运作以及逻辑机理,对其中存在的问题提出建设性意见与建议,借机抓住高职学校教学改革的“关键重点”,为进一步夯实高职教育人才培养的高质量发展提供实践意义和理论价值。This study takes six double-high schools in Zhejiang Province as an example,and takes the reform of"three education"as the focus and breakthrough of deepening the connotation construction of the college.Under the background of implementing the"20 Vocational Education"and the construction of"double high",we adopted the research method of combining field visits and questionnaires to analyze the inner operation and logical fabric of the learning community of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods in higher vocational education.At the same time,we put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on the existing problems.This study takes the opportunity to grasp the"key focus"of teaching reform in higher vocational schools,and provides practical significance and theoretical value for further consolidating the high-quality development of talent training in higher vocational education.
