实战化专业课程教学新模式探索与实践

摘　　要：军事院校要立足“因打仗而生、为打仗而建”,推进实战化教育训练。针对实战化对航空机务技术与指挥人才培养提出的新要求,结合目前专业课程教学中存在的短板弱项,实现向指技融合、以学为中心和能力课堂的转变,着重从教学内容优化、教学方法变革、教学资源建和考核方式革新四个方面进行探索和实践,构建起实战化专业课程教学新模式。Military academies should be based on the principle of"born for and built for war"and promote the education and training based on mode of actual combat.Aiming at the new requirements of actual combat for training the talents of aviation maintenance technique and command,this paper combines the shortcoming and weakness existing in current professional courses teaching,for realizing the transfer to the fusion of commanding and technical ability,learning centered teaching idea and practical skills teaching.This paper focuses on the exploration and practice from the four aspects of teaching content optimization,teaching method reform,teaching facilities construction and examination method innovation,and creates a new teaching method of professional courses.
