摘  要:目的研究急诊临床教学工作中应用“三明治”教学模式联合任务驱动教学法的具体措施以及应用效果。方法选取2021年12月—2023年3月在新疆医科大学第一临床医学院急诊科进行临床轮转的专业医学生120名作为研究对象,依据随机数表法将其分为A组(40名,接受任务驱动法教学)、B组(40名,接受“三明治”教学模式教学)及C组(40名,接受“三明治”教学模式联合任务驱动法教学),比较3组教学质量、医学生评判性思维能力以及考核成绩。结果3组教学质量评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组医学生评判性思维能力评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组医学生出科理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊临床教学中开展“三明治”教学模式联合任务驱动教学法,可以显著提高教学质量,增强医学生评判性思维能力。Objective To study the concrete measures and application effects of"sandwich"teaching mode combined task-driven teaching method in emergency clinical teaching.Methods One hundred and twenty professional medical students who underwent clinical rotation in the Department of Emergency of the First Clinical College of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into group A(40 people,receiving task-driven teaching),group B(40 people,receiving"sandwich"teaching mode)and group C(40 people,receiving"sandwich"teaching mode combined taskdriven teaching).The teaching quality,critical thinking ability and assessment results of medical students were compared among the three groups.Results The teaching quality scores of the three groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of critical thinking ability of the three groups of medical students was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of theoretical knowledge and skill operation of the three groups of medical students were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of"sandwich"teaching mode and task-driven teaching method in emergency clinical teaching can significantly improve the teaching quality,enhance the critical thinking ability of medical students.
