新时代高职院校产学研合作高质量发展路径探索——以许昌高校参与“创新强市”建设为例

摘　　要：高职院校成立的初衷即是为地方区域经济提供智力支撑、人才保障。新形势下,地方经济的发展理念、发展方式、发展任务发生了变化,高职院校的助推任务也随之发生变化。“创新强市”建设是许昌市在新形势下全面贯彻新发展理念、积极转变发展方式的“许昌实践”。加强产学研高质量发展就是许昌高职院校有效助推“创新强市”建设的重要举措之一。通过推动产学研高质量发展,解决高职院校科研成果与行业企业实际需要不符、科研管理机制不完善、科技研发平台力量薄弱、产学研合作形式单一及企业科技创新意识不强等问题,助推地方经济发展。Higher vocational colleges were initially set up to provide intellectual support and talent guarantees for local economy.In the new situation,the development philosophies,modes and tasks of local economy have changed,the missions of higher vocational colleges have also changed.The Innovative City Construction Initiative is a localized practice organized by Xuchang to comprehensively implement new development philosophy and actively change development mode.Strengthening high-quality development of industry-university cooperation is one of important measures for higher vocational colleges in Xuchang to effectively promote and support the Innovative City Initiative.By promoting high-quality development of industry-university cooperation,Xuchang can solve problems such as the lack of consistency between scientific research achievements of higher vocational colleges and actual needs of industries,imperfect management mechanisms for scientific research,single form of industry-university cooperation and low awareness of scientific and technological innovation in enterprises,etc.to promote local economic development.
