摘 要:基于文献综述整理小学教师胜任力指标相关概念架构,并以行为事件访谈法访谈个案小学30位初任教师,再以AHP问卷调查该县城小学家长代表和资深教师代表共42人,并应用AHP层次分析法建构各指标之相对权重体系。研究结果显示:个案县城小学教师胜任力一级指标按权重高低依序为教学职业技能、职业态度、沟通职业技能、职业特质共4项,二级指标共18项;职业技能、职业态度和职业特质作为胜任力的共同组成元素,它们彼此之间在行为功能、健康心态、动机促进上存在相互作用、交互影响的关系。Based on relevant literature review,this study first sorts out the conceptual framework of primary school teachers'competencies,then collected competency indicators by interviewing 30 beginning teachers in county primary school by the behavioral event interview(BEI)method,including 18 specific indicators in 4 categories:professional teaching skills,professional attitude,professional communication skills and professional traits.Then,an AHP questionnaire survey was performed on a total of 42 parent and senior teacher representatives of S county primary school,in which AHP was applied to construct the relative weight,and form the competency indicator framework showing the interaction among behavioral function,healthy mentality and prime motivation.
