摘 要:一个好教师可以影响一代人的进步,教师流动对于让每个孩子享有优质师资、推动教育优质均衡发展具有重要作用。以广西壮族自治区S县为样本县,采取目标式抽样,调查了881名中小学生对支教教师和交流轮岗教师的评价情况。结果表明:(1)样本学生对流动教师在教学实施、以生为本、教育影响方面较为满意,整体评价较高;(2)学生学段和流动类型变量对于流动教师评价差异显著;(3)样本县流动教师在师德师风与专业水平两个方面参差不齐;(4)流动教师对样本学生的学业成绩、学习兴趣和人生观影响较大。为此提出要把好流动教师的人员选派关、过程评价关和长期效果关,促进教师高质量流动。A good teacher can influence the progress of a generation.Teacher flow plays an important role in enabling every child to enjoy high-quality teachers and promoting the high-quality and balanced development of education.Taking S county of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as a sample county,this paper investigated the evaluation of 881 primary and secondary school students on volunteer teachers and exchange teachers.The results show that:(1)The sample students are satisfied with the teaching implementation,student-oriented and educational impact of floating teachers,and the overall evaluation is high;(2)There are significant differences in the evaluation of floating teachers between students'study period and floating type variables;(3)Floating teachers in the sample county are uneven in terms of teachers'ethics and professional level;(4)Floating teachers have a great influence on the sample students'academic performance,learning interest and outlook on life.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in personnel selection,process evaluation and long-term effect of the floating teachers,so as to promote the high-quality flow of teachers.
