中国百年图书馆学教育跨文化传播机制研究

摘　　要：跨文化传播是中国图书馆学走向世界的必经之路。但是,教育的跨文化传播并不总是自发、主动和无条件的。本文基于传播学理论,采用结构化文献综述方法,通过系统地文献检索、文献筛选和主题分析,从跨文化角度解读了百年来中国图书馆学教育跨文化传播的主体间关系、主体间行为和路径选择。文献分析结果表明,中国图书馆学教育跨文化传播机制主要包括主体间关系机制、主体间行为机制、路径选择机制三个方面。通过传播者的传播行为、把关人的控制行为以及接收者的反馈行为,中国图书馆学教育形成了人员的跨文化流动、教学科研的跨文化合作、国际会议的参与和主办、期刊国际化、在线教育等跨文化传播路径。本文从跨文化传播理论出发为中国图书馆学教育的跨文化传播提供了一个新的研究视角,可以帮助国际同行理解中国图书馆学教育的发展历程。Library science education(LSE)in China requires a clear process of intercultural communication.However,not all intercultural communication in education is spontaneous,active,or unconditional.Adopting a communication theory,the paper reports on a study,that explores the process of intercultural communication at Chinese LSE over the past century.The study employed a structured literature review and examined relevant research literature through systematic literature retrieval and screening,as well as thematic analysis.The analysis of the literature data revealed three major themes regarding the mechanism of intercultural communication at LSE:inter-subjective relationship,inter-subjective behavior,and path selection.The analysis revealed that people are the most important element in intercultural communication,and LSE in China has paved the way for intercultural communication,through staff mobility,teaching and research cooperation,international conferences,internationalization of journals,and online education.This paper aims to provide new insights for Chinese LSE going global,as well as to help international colleagues understand the development of Chinese LSE.
