摘　　要：医学分子生物学是医学专业本科生的一门主干学科,但由于其理论知识偏抽象、分子生物学技术发展迅猛,传统的以“教师为中心”的授课模式,往往难以激发学生的学习兴趣,导致课堂教学效率低下。本文分析了目前医学分子生物学课程在医学专业课堂教学中存在的问题,并针对性地提出构建高效课堂的策略,即教师应创设教学情境、精心设置问题、对学生倾注爱心与热情,充分调动学生的积极性,引导其成为课堂的主人,从而实现高效课堂,这对培养具有创造性思维的高层次医学人才具有重要意义。Medical molecular biology is a core subject for medical undergraduates.However,due to its abstract theoretical knowledge and rapid development of molecular biology technology,the traditional teaching model of“teachercentered”is often difficult to stimulate students’interest in learning,resulting in low efficiency in classroom teaching.Herein,we analyzed the problems existing in the classroom teaching of molecular biology course in medical professional classroom teaching,and put forward the strategies of building an efficient classroom,that is,teachers should create teaching situations,carefully set up problems,devote love and enthusiasm to students,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,and guide them to become the masters of the classroom,so as to achieve an efficient classroom.It is of great significance to cultivate high-level medical talents with creative thinking.
