摘 要:目的探索A.A.模式十二步骤康复训练法对大学生网络游戏成瘾的改善效果。方法在沈阳市某医学院和某师范大学共招募30名符合入组标准的大学生志愿者,成立戒除网瘾协会,开展A.A.模式十二步骤康复训练12周。康复训练前后对全体入组大学生采用网络成瘾量表、网络游戏成瘾临床诊断标准、症状自评量表、大学生精神信仰问卷、大学生心理需求网络满足问卷、简易应对方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表进行评价,运用非参数检验进行前后对比分析。结果30名入组大学生按计划完成十二步骤康复训练。前后对比显示,实验组大学生成瘾程度、心理健康水平、精神信仰水平、心理需求网络满足水平、积极应对能力及领悟社会支持水平均有所改善。对照组在未施加干预的情况下,第1、12周的所有量表结果均无明显改善。结论A.A.模式十二步骤康复训练法是一种可被用于改善大学生网络游戏成瘾的有效方法。Objective To explore the effect of the A.A.twelve-step facilitation model on improving college students’internet gaming disorder.Methods A total of 30 college student volunteers who met the enrollment criteria were recruited from a medical college and a normal university in Shenyang.An internet addiction withdrawal association was set up,which carried out the twelve-step facilitation for 12 weeks.Before and after facilitation,the Internet Addiction Scale,Diagnostic Criteria for Online Game Addiction,Symptom Self-rating Scale,College Students’Spiritual Belief Questionnaire,College Students’Psychological Needs Network Satisfaction Questionnaire,Simple Coping Style Questionnaire,and Perceived Social Support Scale were used for evaluation.A nonparametric test was used to conduct the before-and-after analysis.Results Thirty enrolled college students completed the twelve-step facilitation as planned.The before and after comparison shows that the degree of addiction,mental health,spiritual belief,psychological needs network satisfaction,positive response ability,and perceived social support level of college students in the experimental group have improved.In the control group without intervention,there was no significant improvement in all scales at week 12 compared with week 1.Conclusion The A.A.twelvestep facilitation model has a significant effect on improving college students’internet gaming disorder.
