摘　　要：语言文字学专业学术型研究生存在基础知识不扎实、创新意识薄弱等问题,其原因有学术风气浮躁、师资力量不足及课程安排不合理等。为此,应在培养学生学术激情、引导阅读经典文献、加强学术交流研讨活动、广泛涉猎研究新方向等方面入手,提升教学质量。Academic postgraduates majoring in linguistics and philology have problems such as poor basic knowledge and weak innovation consciousness.The reasons are impetuous academic environment,insufficient teachers and unreasonable curriculum arrangement.Therefore,we should carry out teaching work in cultivating students’academic passion,guiding reading classical literature,strengthening academic exchange and seminar activities,and extensively studying new research directions.
