摘 要:“文化”概念的模糊性以及现有研究对科研团队文化界定的随意性,成为制约科研团队文化研究的主要障碍。为了厘清科研团队文化研究的演进逻辑,发现研究中存在的问题,本文基于文化人类学的视野,在对文化研究的渊源、理论假设进行归纳的基础上,梳理了科研团队文化概念的层次与维度,分析了基于“组织拥有文化”理论假设下作为变量的科研团队文化,“组织就是文化”理论假设下作为根隐喻的科研团队文化研究现状,并结合科研团队的知识生产属性,指出了科研团队文化研究存在的问题,展望了研究的未来走向。The ambiguity of the concept of"culture"and the resulting uncertainty and even randomness of existing research on research teams culture have become the main obstacles restricting the research team culture studies.In order to clarify the evolution of the research team culture studies,this paper firstly summarizes the origin and theoretical assumptions of cultural studies based on the perspective of culture anthropology,then combs the level and dimension of the research team culture concept based on two theoretical assumptions of cultural research:"The organization owns the culture"and"The organization is the culture",also analyzes the research team culture as a variable,the present situation and existing problems of the research team culture studies as root metaphor from the perspective of organizational culture study,psychological study and other disciplines,lastly looks forward to the future prospect of the research team culture studies.
