摘　　要：乡村振兴是我国现阶段重要战略,通过分析乡村振兴背景下高职教育人才新需求以及高职院校在乡村振兴战略中的主要困境,结合食品类专业课程建设,提出乡村振兴背景下高职食品专业人才培养创新途径:以服务农业特色为导向,重新优化人才培养方案;课程内容对接乡村农特产品加工生产的需要;加强校企合作,提高社会服务能力;创设实践机遇,提升创新能力;专业课程中融入乡村情怀。Rural revitalization is an important strategy at the present stage in China.This paper analyzes the new demand for talents in higher vocational education under the background of rural revitalization and the main difficulties of higher vocational colleges in the rural revitalization strategy,combined with the construction of food courses.It also puts forward innovative ways to cultivate food professionals in higher vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization.
