摘  要:采用“52×3双水相试验法”优化双水相萃取条件,分别探究鲍鱼内脏、扇贝内脏和生蚝内脏双水相下相萃取物中的β-葡萄糖苷酶的酶活性和萃取效果。结果表明,采用该试验方法优化所得的临界体系为12%PEG4000/15%NaH_(2)PO_(4),以该体系萃取获得的下相萃取物中β-葡萄糖苷酶在酶活力、酶比活、纯化倍数和酶活回收率大小为生蚝内脏>鲍鱼内脏>扇贝内脏。The enzyme activity and extraction effect ofβ-glucosidase in the aqueous two-phase subphase extracts of abalone viscera,scallop viscera and oyster viscera were investigated by using“52×3 aqueous two-phase extraction method”to optimize the extraction conditions.The results showed that the critical system optimized by this method was 12%PEG4000/15%NaH_(2)PO_(4).Theβ-glucosidase of subphase extracts extracted by this system showed the trend of oyster viscera>abalone viscera>scallop viscera in terms of enzyme activity,specific activity,purification ratio,and recovery.
