摘 要:为探讨中速磁浮列车−轨道−桥梁系统耦合振动特性,将车辆简化为具有45个自由度的多刚体,轨道−桥梁结构简化为双层弹性Bernoulli-Euler梁,基于比例−积分−微分(PID)主动悬浮控制建立考虑轨道不平顺的磁浮列车−轨道−桥梁系统耦合振动分析模型,并编制相应的仿真程序。利用编制的程序,计算系统的时域和频域响应,分析车速和轨下等效支承弹性模量对系统动力响应的影响。研究结果表明:轨道−桥梁结构振动与磁浮车辆通过时引起的特征频率密切相关;当车辆以200 km/h的速度过桥时,在65~150 Hz之间轨道-桥梁结构表现为F轨的局部振动;由于车速的变化改变了车辆荷载的特征频率,轨道−桥梁结构的位移幅值随车速提高并非单调变化,当特征频率接近轨道-桥梁结构的固有频率时,会发生共振;车体的加速度幅值和平稳性指标与车速之间也非单调关系;轨下等效支承弹性模量的变化对桥梁竖向位移幅值影响较小,但对F轨竖向位移幅值和车体竖向加速度幅值影响较大。研究成果可为后续中速磁浮系统耦合振动研究和轨道结构设计提供参考。In order to explore the coupling vibration characteristics of the medium speed maglev vehicle-trackbridge system,the vehicle was simplified as a multi-rigid body with 45 degrees of freedom.The track-bridge structure was simplified as a double-layer elastic Bernoulli-Euler beam.Then,a coupling vibration analysis model of maglev vehicle-track-bridge system considering track irregularity was established based on proportionintegration-differentiation(PID)suspension active control.A corresponding simulation program was developed to calculate the time domain and frequency domain response of the system and analyze the influence of the vehicle speed and the under-rail equivalent support elastic modulus on the dynamic response of the system.The results are shown.The vibration of the track-bridge structure is closely related to the characteristic frequencies induced by the maglev vehicle.When the vehicle crosses the bridge at the speed of 200 km/h,the vibration of the track-bridge structure between 65 and 150 Hz performs as the local vibration of the F-rail.The displacement amplitude of track-bridge structure does not change monotonically with the increase of vehicle speed,since the vehicle speed changes the characteristic frequency of vehicle load.The resonance would occur when the characteristic frequency of vehicle load is close to the natural frequency of the track-bridge structure.The relationship between the vehicle acceleration amplitude or stationarity index and the vehicle speed is also non-monotonic.The change of the under-rail equivalent support elastic modulus has little effect on the vertical displacement amplitude of bridge,but has great effect on the vertical displacement amplitude of F-rail and the vertical acceleration amplitude of vehicle.The present results can provide references for further coupling vibration research and track structure design of medium speed maglev system.
