摘 要:随着化学与其他学科相互交叉、融合、渗透,社会发展对高层次化学创新型人才的需求更为迫切,如何推进构建化学交叉型创新人才培养模式,是所有高校必须面对的问题。通过介绍国内外化学人才培养模式的现状,分析了我国现行化学人才培养模式在教学方式、课程设置、质量评价体系和人才市场需求等方面的不足,按照培养目标与毕业要求的达成度、社会需求的适应度、师资和条件的保障度、质量保障体系运行的有效度、学生和用人单位的满意度五方面要求,以地方重点高校化学类专业教育模式为研究对象,充分发挥高校与企业优势,构建突出能力评价、以学生为中心、以成果为导向、可持续改进的“五度合一”化学交叉创新人才培养质量控制模型。After introducing the current situation of chemistry talent cultivation in modern world,this article pointed out the deficiencies of this area in China including teaching methods,curriculum settings,quality evaluation system,and human resource market demand.The five requirements were suggested in these aspects:“Achievement Degree”required by educational vista and graduation requirements,“Adaptation Degree”from industrial needs and market situation,“Guarantee Degree”of teaching faculty and educational resources,“Effectiveness Degree”for the operation of quality assurance system,and“Satisfaction Degree”of graduated students and employers.To investigate the five aspects above,this research focuses on the cultivation mode of chemistry education in famous local universities.To achieve the optimal development efficiency,the advantages of universities and enterprises are fully explored.This article proposes a novel model of“Five-in-one”to integrate the five degrees mentioned above into one student-centered and result-oriented model with sustainable improvement and ability-oriented evaluation.This model is also a quality control model for the training of cross-innovative chemistry talents.
