浙江高职学生廉政文化教育现状及对策研究

摘　　要：高职学生踏入社会较早,更关注利益,加强其廉政文化教育具有营造反腐倡廉社会风尚、提升人才培养质量等价值。通过问卷调查和访谈分析得知,高职学生廉政文化认知良好,但存在廉政意识有待增强,廉政文化教育内容选择随意性大,教学方法形式单一,教育合力发挥不强,评价主体和评价形式单一等问题。故提出加大各部门协同合作,完善制度保障体系;系统设计廉政文化内容,增强传播和渗透力度;丰富廉政文化教育形式,发挥教育最大合力;拓宽评价方式,提升廉政教育效果等建议。Higher vocational college students step into the society early,and pay more attention to the interests.Therefore,strengthening their clean government culture education is valuable in terms of building an anti-corruption society and improving of talent cultivation quality.Through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,we learn various problems:even though higher vocational college students have good knowledge of clean government culture,the awareness needs to be enhanced;the teaching of clean government culture is arbitrary in content selection,single in teaching method,and weak in education force;the teaching is single in evaluation subject and evaluation form.Therefore,This paper has proposed solutions including strengthening the cooperation among different departments,improving the institutional guarantee system,systematically designing the content of clean government culture,enhancing the communication and penetration strength,enriching the culture education form,exerting the maximum resultant force of education,broadening the evaluation method,and improving the effect of clean government education.
