摘  要:在共同富裕进程中,高职教育具有促进经济高质量发展,提升后富群体致富能力的作用。其中劳动教育作为高职院校育人的重要组成部分,能够帮助学生树立正确的劳动价值观,提高学生劳动知识与技能。在分析高职教育与共同富裕的耦合机制的基础上,阐述了高职教育赋能共同富裕的内生逻辑,提出具体路向选择:促进产业、区域高质量发展,助力经济富裕;构建劳动教育体系,助力技能富裕;推进多方协同育人范式,助力精神富裕,促进职业教育的高质量发展。In the process of common prosperity,higher vocational education plays a role in promoting high-quality economic development and improving the ability of the post rich groups to become rich.As an important component of vocational education,labor education can help students establish correct labor values and improve their labor knowledge and skills.Based on the analysis of the coupling mechanism between higher vocational education and common prosperity,this paper has expounded the endogenous logic of higher vocational education enabling common prosperity,and put forward specific path choices:promoting high-quality development of industries and regions,and boosting economic prosperity;Building a labor education system to assist in skill enrichment;Promoting the paradigm of multi-party collaborative education,spiritual prosperity,and the high-quality development of vocational education.
