摘　　要：介绍故城三豆食品技术开发有限公司豆沙全粉和豆浆挂面生产线、主要工艺流程、工艺参数和质量关键控制点,为豆制食品的工业化生产提供实例,与同行交流互鉴。This paper introduces the production line,main process flow,process parameters and quality critical control points of the whole bean paste and soybean milk noodles of Gucheng Sandou Food Technology Co.,Ltd.,providing examples for the industrial production of soybean food,exchanging and leaving with peers.
