摘  要:以螺纹桩加固宣绩(宣城—绩溪)高速铁路松软土路基段为背景,研发螺纹桩信息化施工系统并应用在螺纹桩工艺性试验中,分析螺纹桩复合地基加固效果。结果表明:通过螺纹桩信息化施工系统电流传感器反馈不同地层的钻杆电流值可以确保桩底进入持力层,可为该区域今后铁路工程的建设提供数据支持;对于较高压缩性的松软土地层,复合地基应力与应变关系具有明显的非线性特征,用双曲线函数拟合沉降观测数据效果最佳。Based on the background of screw thread pile strengthening Xuancheng-Jixi high speed railway mollisol subgrade section,the screw thread pile information construction system was developed and applied in the technological test of screw thread pile,and the reinforcement effect of screw thread pile composite foundation was analyzed.The results show that by using the information construction system(current sensor)of threaded piles to feedback the current values of drill pipes in different formations,which can ensure that the pile bottom enters the bearing layer and provide data support for the future construction of railway projects in the region.For soft soil layer with high compressibility,the relationship between stress and strain of composite foundation has obvious nonlinear characteristics,and the hyperbolic function is the best method to fit the observed settlement data.
