摘　　要：采用问卷调查形式了解高职院校理论社团的开展现状,并使用SPSS 27.0软件进行数据处理与分析。结果表明,个人兴趣爱好和提高理论素养在高职院校学生参与理论社团活动的动机中占比较大,学习内容中重要理论思想和新时代新思想占比较大,实践活动中理论知识讲座和团建游戏占比较大。从理论社团开展规模及影响力来看,理论社团规模较大具有一定的影响力,且大部分学生收获较多,说明高职院校理论社团的开展效果较好。但也有少部分学生表示没有太多实质性收获,说明理论社团内部体系建设还需完善。高职院校应制定完善的理论社团管理体系方案,寻求更多的经费支持,以基础知识培训和技能培训等方式提高学生的组织与管理能力。The study does questionnaire survey to know the development situation of theoretical associations in higher vocational colleges,and does data processing and analysis with SPSS 27.0 software.The results show that personal interests and the improvement of theoretical literacy in the motivation of higher vocational college students participating in the theoretical club activities is relatively large,the learning content of important theoretical ideas and new era of new ideas account for a large proportion,the practical activities of theoretical knowledge lectures and group building games account for a large proportion.From the perspective of the scale and influence of theoretical associations,the larger scale of theoretical associations has a certain influence,and most students gain more,indicating that the implementation of theoretical associations in higher vocational colleges is better.However,a small number of students think that they do not have much substantial gains,indicating that the construction of the internal system of the theoretical community needs to be improved.Higher vocational colleges should develop a perfect theoretical community management system program,seek more financial support,and improve students’organization and management ability by basic knowledge and skill training.
