独立设置成人高校发展老年教育的SWOT分析及对策

摘　　要：独立设置成人高校作为区域成人高校,随着时代的发展经历着不断的发展和转型,始终以发挥成人高校优势,服务区域终身学习体系的构建和完善为目标,在老年教育工作中也发挥着作用。文章通过运用SWOT分析法,综合考虑独立设置成人高校在发展老年教育方面的内部优势和劣势、外部机会和威胁等四方面要素,在系统分析基础上提出相应的发展策略。Independent regional adult colleges have experienced continuous development and transformation with the development of the times.These colleges always give full play to their advantages and strive for the goal of serving regional lifelong learning.They also play a significant role in elderly education.By using SWOT analytical methods,this paper comprehensively analyzes the four elements related to elderly education development in independent adult colleges,including internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats.On the basis of such a systematic analysis,this paper puts forward some corresponding development strategies.
