摘  要:本试验建立了砷离子印迹-电感耦合质谱法(ICP-MS)测定海产中无机砷含量的方法,研究了砷离子印迹聚合物的最佳吸附条件及吸附性能,并从标准曲线线性相关性、检出限、回收率和精密度考察方法的可行性。结果表明:该方法在0~200 ng/mL浓度范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为1.0,该方法的检出限为在0.25μg/kg,回收率范围92.6%~110.6%,测量精密度为4.4%~9.5%。该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于水产品中无机砷定量检测。In this experiment,a method for the determination of inorganic arsenic in seafood by arsenic ion imprinting inductively coupled mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was established.The optimal adsorption conditions and performance of arsenic ion imprinted polymers were studied.The feasibility of the method was evaluated from the linear correlation of standard curves,detection limits,recovery rates,and precision.The results show that the method has a good linearity within the concentration range of 0-200 ng/mL,with a linear correlation coefficient of 1.0,and a detection limit of 0.25 μg/kg for this method,the recovery range is 92.6% to 110.6%,and the measurement precision is 4.4% to 9.5%.The method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and is suitable for the quantitative detection of inorganic arsenic in aquatic products.
