摘  要:目的分析脑胶质瘤相关癫痫的影响因素。方法回顾性分析广东省中医院2018-2021年收治的112例胶质瘤患者完整的临床资料,对有可能对胶质瘤相关癫痫产生影响的因素进行统计分析。结果112例脑胶质瘤患者中46例(41.07%)伴发癫痫。胶质瘤患者发病年龄、肿瘤WHO病理分级、肿瘤主体部位、BRAF基因是否突变以及Ki-67表达水平均可影响胶质瘤相关癫痫的发生(P<0.05)。结论胶质瘤相关癫痫与患者发病年龄、肿瘤主体部位存在直接相关性,与肿瘤WHO病理分级、BRAF基因是否突变及Ki-67表达水平存在间接相关性。Objective To explore the influencing factors of glioma-related epilepsy and to analyze the re⁃lated influencing factors.Methods The complete clinical data of 112 glioma patients admitted to the Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018 to 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the factors that may affect glioma-related epilepsy were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 112 glioma patients,46(41.07%)had epilepsy.The age of onset,WHO pathological grade of tumor,tumor main site,BRAF gene mutation and Ki-67 expression level in glioma patients can all affect the occurrence of glioma-related epilepsy(P<0.05).Conclusion Glioma-related epilepsy was directly related to the age of onset and tumor site,and indirectly corre⁃lated with the WHO pathological grade of tumor,whether BRAF gene mutation and Ki-67 expression level.
