摘 要:教师在教学过程汇总产生并展现出来的情绪体验即为教师教学情绪,它会对教学活动、教学成果及师生关系、共同发展产生影响。教师情绪不仅影响教学活动本身及育人工作的所有环节及要素,而且在其中占主导地位。本文以高职院校教师为研究对象,选用刘青荣编制的教师情绪问卷研究工具从“积极高唤醒”“积极低唤醒”“消极高唤醒”“消极低唤醒”四个维度,探讨教师情绪对教学质量的影响。研究发现,积极的教师情绪可有效促进教学质量的提升。The emotional experience generated and displayed by teachers in the teaching process is called teacher's teaching emotion,which will have an impact on teaching activities,teaching results,teacher-student relationship and common development.Teacher emotion not only affects the teaching activity itself and all the links and elements of education work,but also plays a dominant role in it.Taking teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object,this paper selects the teacher emotion questionnaire research tool compiled by Liu Qingrong to explore the influence of teacher emotion on teaching quality from four dimensions,namely:"positive high arousal""positive low arousal""negative high arousal"and"negative low arousal".It is found that positive teacher emotion can effectively promote the improvement of teaching quality.
