摘 要:随着我国学前教育事业的迅猛发展,蒙台梭利教育在我国也得到了一定的发展,近几年甚至有“蒙氏教育热”现象的出现。为了解蒙台梭利教育在幼儿园本土化实践的现状,文章采用了问卷调查法和访谈法,共回收152份有效问卷,对上饶各县市区的幼儿园中蒙台梭利教育法的运用情况进行探索。结果发现幼儿园教师对蒙台梭利教育的接受度高,但是纯正的蒙台梭利幼儿园稀少,混龄班级有所欠缺,了解蒙台梭利教育法的幼儿教师缺乏,蒙氏教具也不足。据此,幼儿园应该把握蒙台梭利教育的理论精髓,促进蒙台梭利教育和地方特色的结合,培养高素质专业化的教师队伍,提供丰富的蒙台梭利教具,多开展混龄教育活动,以促进蒙台梭利教育法与当前幼儿园教育实践结合。With the rapid development of early childhood care and education in China,Montessori education has also developed to a certain extent.In recent years,there has even been a phenomenon of"Montessori education fever".In order to understand the current situation of Montessori education in local kindergartens of Shangrao,the article used questionnaire survey and interview method,and collected a total of 152 valid questionnaires.The results show that kindergarten teachers'acceptance of Montessori education is high.But pure Montessori kindergartens and the mixed-age classes are rare,and Montessori teaching aids are insufficient.Also,kindergarten teachers who understand Montessori method are lack.Therefore,kindergartens should get to know better of the Montessori method,promote the combination of Montessori education and local characteristics,train high-quality professional teachers,provide enough Montessori teaching aids,and develop more mixed-age education activities,so as to promote the combination of the Montessori method and current kindergarten education practice.
