摘 要:随着事业单位改革的不断深入,薪酬管理作为单位内部管理的重要内容,对农业科研事业单位的可持续发展发挥着重要作用。文章介绍了农业科研事业单位的薪酬结构,分析了当前薪酬分配中存在的主要问题,并从科学制定薪酬分配制度、全面提升单位收入总量、分类设置工作岗位职责、健全成果收益激励制度、完善绩效考核运行机制等方面提出对策建议,以期为基层农业科研事业单位提升薪酬管理水平提供借鉴。With the deepening of the reform of public institutions,salary management,as an important part of internal management,plays a vital role in the sustainable development of agricultural research institutions.This paper introduces the salary structure of agricultural research institutions,analyzes the main problems in the current salary distribution,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of scientific formulation of salary distribution system,comprehensive improvement of the total unit income,classification of job responsibilities,improvement of the achievement income incentive system,and improvement of the performance appraisal operation mechanism,with a view to provide a reference for grassroots agricultural research institutions to improve the salary management level.
