奥林匹克教育的推广历史考察、中国经验与后冬奥时期推进策略

摘　　要：奥林匹克教育是普及奥林匹克运动知识、弘扬奥林匹克精神的重要载体。运用文献研究法、逻辑分析法等,分析奥林匹克教育的推广历史和中国经验,提出中国奥林匹克教育在后冬奥时期进一步推进的策略,对冰雪运动教育在后冬奥时期的可持续化具有重要意义。分析认为:国际奥林匹克教育经历了现代奥林匹克运动诞生初期的探索阶段、经济全球化背景下的加速发展阶段、国际奥委会主导下的变革阶段。在国际奥林匹克教育的基础上,中国的奥林匹克教育历经北京2008年夏奥会、南京2014年青奥会、北京2022年冬奥会形成了中国经验,并且众多奥林匹克教育传承与创新举措突出了中国独有特色,不仅符合国际奥委会深化改革的要求,而且为国际奥林匹克教育实践贡献了中国智慧。进入后冬奥时期,我国奥林匹克教育面临的困境包括持续性有待加强、本土化教育资源有待挖掘、奥林匹克教育体系有待完善等。基于以上提出我国奥林匹克教育在后冬奥时期的推进策略。Olympic education is an important carrier for popularizing Olympic knowledge and promoting Olympic spirit.Using literature research,logical analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the history of Olympic education promotion and Chinese experience,and propose strategies for promoting Olympic education,which is of great significance to the continuous development of Olympic education.It proposes that the history of Olympic education including three stages:the exploration stage in the early stage of the birth of the Olympic Games,the accelerated development stage under the background of economic globalization,the transformation stage under the guidance of International Olympic Committee.On the basis of International Olympic education,China’s Olympic education has formed the Chinese experience after hosting Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics and Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympics and Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.China’s Olympic education not only meet the requirements of the IOC to deepen reform,but also contributes Chinese wisdom to the practice of in ternational Olympic education.Entering the post Winter Olympics era,Olympic education in China is facing difficulties in sustainability,localization and systematization.Based on the above,the promotion strategies for Olympic education in China during the post Winter Olympics era are proposed.
