摘　　要：以四川省肿瘤诊疗中心建设项目为例,探讨全过程代建模式下基于KPI的医院建设项目绩效考核评价体系的构建,可供相同模式下医院建设项目管理进行参考和借鉴。Taking the construction of Sichuan cancer diagnosis and treatment center as an example,this paper discusses the construction of KPI based performance evaluation system for hospital construction projects under the whole process agent construction mode,which can be used for reference for hospital construction project management under the same mode.
