摘　　要：目的探讨南京市雨花台区腹泻患者沙门氏菌检出情况及其特征。方法选取1327例疑似细菌性腹泻患者为对象,采集其粪便进行细菌培养及分离鉴定。结果1327例腹泻患者样本中,检出60例(4.52%)沙门氏菌感染,其中单一感染48例,混合感染12例。不同季节沙门氏菌感染腹泻的检出率差异显著(P<0.05)。沙门氏菌感染的主要症状为腹泻、伴有脐周阵发性疼痛及恶心等。混合感染组的呕吐、腹痛、恶心占比均高于单一感染组(P<0.05)。结论南京市雨花台区沙门氏菌感染多在秋季发病,应结合疾病高发季加强对老年人、农村地区人群的健康教育及行为干预,以减少沙门氏菌感染的发生。Objective To explore the detection state and characteristics of Salmonella in diarrhea patients in Yuhuatai district of Nanjing city.Methods 1327 patients with suspected bacterial diarrhea were selected as subjects,and their feces were collected for bacterial culture and isolation identification.Results Among the 1327 samples of diarrhea patients,60 cases(4.52%)of Salmonella infection were detected,including 48 cases of single infection and 12 cases of mixed infection.The detection rates of Salmonella infection diarrhea in different seasons were significantly different(P<0.05).The main symptoms of Salmonella infection were diarrhea,accompanied by periumbilical paroxysmal pain and nausea.The proportions of vomiting,abdominal pain and nausea in the mixed infection group were higher than those in the single infection group(P<0.05).Conclusions Salmonella infection in Yuhuatai district of Nanjing city mostly occurs in autumn.Health education and behavioral intervention for the elderly and people in rural areas should be strengthened in combination with the high incidence season of the disease to reduce the occurrence of Salmonella infection.
