摘　　要：目的构建经尿道前列腺切除手术(TURP)关键技术评价量表,为科学评价TURP手术技能提供工具。方法于2022年6月选取21位来自国内不同地区的泌尿外科及医学教育领域专家作为函询对象,通过德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法确定评价指标,通过层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)确定各项指标的权重及赋值。结果函询专家权威程度(Cr)为0.92,积极系数100%,协调系数为0.434(P<0.001)。形成包括7个一级指标、20个二级指标的TURP评价量表。层次分析结果显示,本研究的一致性比例CR为0.01,满足一致性检验。结论本研究构建的TURP关键技术评价量表科学可信,可为客观评价TURP手术技能提供工具。Objective To construct a rating scale for transurethral resection of prostate(TURP),so as to provide an assessment tool of TURP surgical skills.Methods In June 2022,a total of 21 experts in the field of urology and medical education from different regions in China were selected as the subjects of the inquiry.Through Delphi expert consultation,the items of the rating scale were determined,and the weights and assignments of the indicators were determined through the analytic hierarchy process.Results The expert authority coefficients(Cr) of the consultation was 0.92,and the positive coefficient was 100%,and Kendall coefficient was 0.434(P<0.001).Finally,a TURP rating scale including 7 first-level items and 20 second-level items was formed.The results of AHP showed that the CR values of this study was 0.01,which met the requirements of the consistency test.Conclusion The TURP rating scale constructed in this study is scientific and credible,which can provide a tool for assessment of TURP surgical skills.
