摘　　要：目的 探讨PDCA联合Mini-CEX在胸外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1至6月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院胸外科参培的60名住院医师,按照入科顺序将住院医师随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均为30名。观察组采用PDCA联合Mini-CEX教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组住院医师的出科考试成绩、满意度评分、指导医师对两组住院医师的满意度评分。结果 观察组出科理论考核成绩[(91.33±4.39)分比(86.87±5.70)分]和技能考核成绩[(89.37±4.91)分比(84.97±4.14)分]均高于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组住院医师在自主学习能力、技能操作规范、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力的自评分和对教学方法的评分均高于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),指导医师认为观察组在自主学习能力、技能操作规范、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力的评分和对教学方法的评分均高于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环联合Mini-CEX教学法注重评价反馈,过程管理,质量控制和持续改进,应用于胸外科住培可显著提高培训效果及教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method combined with Mini-CEX in standardized residency training of thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 60 residents who attended the Department of Thoracic Surgery from Jan to Jun 2021 during surgery standardized residency training in The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected as subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 in each group.After the thoracic surgery training,training effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of the theoretical examination [(91.33±4.39) vs(86.87±5.70)] and skill examination [(89.37±4.91) vs(84.97±4.14)] in observation group were higher than those of control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The ability of self-learning,clinical thinking,clinical operation,communication and evaluation teaching methods were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation method combined with Mini-CEX in thoracic surgery training during surgery standardized residency training is beneficial to improve training effect and the quality of teaching.
