摘  要:目的 探讨模拟教学在超声医学科住院医师岗前培训中的应用效果。方法 将2018年7月至2021年7月在中山大学附属第一医院住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)超声医学科专业基地进行住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)初次入培的住院医师76人,随机分为模拟教学组和对照组,每组38人。模拟教学组采用模拟教学联合理论教学,对照组采用传统理论教学模式。授课结束后,对住院医师进行理论考核、操作能力的考核和问卷调查。结果 模拟教学组住院医师理论考核、操作考核均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-6.54,P=0.00;t=-14.94,P=0.00)。不同学历背景住院医师理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(本科学历:t=-6.45,P=0.00;t=-8.54,P=0.00;研究生学历:t=-3.11,P=0.04;t=-8.29,P=0.00)。不同操作考核项目中模拟教学组表现均优于对照组(均P <0.05)。问卷调查显示,模拟教学组住院医师在提高学习兴趣、学习操作技巧、知识点掌握、临床思维锻炼等方面评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 模拟教学可以提高超声医学科住院医师在岗前培训中的学习能力,提高理论知识和操作能力,弥补了传统教学方法的不足。Objective To investigate the effect of simulation teaching in ultrasonic residency pre-job training.Methods The experimental control method was used in this study.From July 2018 to July 2021,76 junior ultrasonic residents from the ultrasonic training base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University were enrolled.They were divided into the simulation teaching group(n=38) and the control group(n=38) randomly.Simulation teaching combined with theoretical teaching was introduced in the simulation teaching group while traditional theoretical teaching was performed in the control group.The theoretical and practical performance of residents were compared between two groups,and the questionnaires were conducted after the training.Results The scores of theoretical and practical tests of simulation teaching group were higher than control group(t=-6.54,P=0.00;t=-14.94,P=0.00).Both undergraduate and graduate residents of simulation teaching group performed better in either theoretical or practical test(undergraduate:t=-6.45,P=0.00;t=-8.54,P=0.00;graduate:t=-3.11,P=0.04;t=-8.29,P=0.00).Simulation teaching group achieved higher scores than control group in different sections of practical tests(P<0.05).The questionnaires investigation showed that the scores of improving learning interest,learning skills,knowledge acquirement and clinical thinking exercise were higher in simulation teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusions Simulation teaching can improve the learning skills of ultrasonic residents in the pre-job training,and promote their theoretical and practical performance,which will be a compensation for traditional teaching mode.
