摘　　要：本研究从养殖水产品生产概况、质量安全现状、法律与监管体系、风险与存在问题等角度,浅析中国养殖水产品质量安全的总体情况,揭示其面临养殖环境受污染、苗种质量待提高、投入品不规范、相关法律待完善、监管协调难度大等挑战,并提出相应对策和建议,为进一步掌握中国养殖水产品质量安全现状,强化水产品质量安全监管提供参考。总体而言,中国养殖水产品供应平稳增长,质量安全水平稳定向好,整体处于较高水平,且多年未发生区域性大型水产品质量安全事故,食用安全得到了有效保证。This study overviewed aquatic products quality and safety in China based on output,quality and safety status,legal system and supervision,risks and existing problems.We pointed out the main challenges such as contaminated aquaculture environment,poor seed quality,unregulated inputs,imperfect laws and difficult regulatory coordination.Corresponding countermeasures and recommendations were put forward.This study provided reference to further grasp the current situation and strengthen supervision of aquaculture quality and safety.Overall,the supply of aquatic products is growing steadily,and the quality and safety level has maintained a steady and positive momentum.There have been no major regional aquatic products quality and safety accidents for many years.The food safety of eating aquatic products has been effectively ensured.
