摘　　要：“思想道德与法治”是天津市线下一流本科建设课程,为使之更加科学化、规范化、效率化、务实化,在教好什么、怎么教好、靠谁教好等方面进行了探索与实践:夯实内容突出“新”,踏实育人突出“诚”,课程多彩融入“链”,师资发展突出“养”;扎实思政基础建设,打牢育人根基,显性教育与隐形教育共进,构建科学而具有特色的教学评价与管理体系,围绕国家和学生发展的实际需要设计和实施课程,以期在新的发展机遇中助力青年思政教师迎接挑战,对学生和青年教师成长给予有效精准的帮助。"Ideological&Moral Cultivation and Fundamentals of Law"is an offline first-class course for undergraduates in Tianjin.In order to make the course more scientific,standardized,efficient and pragmatic,this article reports a practical exploration in how to teach,what to teach,and who to teach.It includes highlighting newness in knowledge consolidation,emphasizing honesty in civic education,integrating chain for promoting diversity in the classroom,and stressing cultivation in teacher development.The course is meanwhile designed and managed to meet the requirements for the nation's development and students'personal growth,and a scientific teaching evaluation and management system with characteristics is built with the foundation being laid on ideological and political construction,talent cultivation,and coordination of visible curriculum and hidden curriculum.It is hoped to assist the young ideological and political course teachers to grab the opportunities and overcome the challenges in the new era,and provide effective and targeted help for students'personal growth and young teachers'professional development.
