摘 要:法国职业教育师资分类明确,准入条件严格,培训阶段分为初始培训阶段和继续培训阶段。法国职业教育师资培训的特点包括多方利益相关者参与,师资培训形式多元;培训阶段具有连续性,继续培训重视度高;培训计划科学合理,有效满足教师培训需求。通过分析法国职业教育师资培训,可对我国职业教育师资培训予以启示:正确认识国家干预,使师资培训良性发展;增强培训的优质性,促进教师持续专业发展;参与培训计划的制定,发挥教师自主性和积极性。The classification of vocational education teachers in France is clear,with strict admission conditions and the training stage is divided into the initial training stage and the continuing training stage.The characteristics of vocational education teacher training in France include multi-stakeholder participation and diverse forms of teacher training.The training stage has continuity and attaches importance to continuing training.The training plan is scientific and reasonable,which can effectively meet the needs of teacher training.By analyzing French vocational education teacher training,we can give enlightenment to our country's vocational education teacher training.A correct understanding of the state intervention can make teacher training develop healthily.Enhance the quality of training and promote teachers'continuous professional development.Participate in the formulation of training plan,give full play to teachers'autonomy and initiative.
