摘　　要：新时代,随着互联网、人工智能等新技术的发展正在不断重塑教育形态,知识获取方式和传授方式、教和学关系正在发生深刻变革,内蒙古高职院校青年教师思想政治工作也面临新的挑战。文章从内蒙古高职院校青年教师思想政治工作的现状、成因和创新途径三个方面进行分析,提出了五个方面的创新途径,分别是制度创新,建立健全“以人为本”的相应配套机制和激励措施;阵地创新,将传统的教育活动阵地和高科技信息化媒介有机的结合起来;探讨方式创新,多层次多角度将青年教师本职工作与思想政治工作完美契合;活动创新,通过喜闻乐见、丰富多彩的文体活动激励青年教师健康快乐成长;特色创新,在实践中铸牢中华民族共同体意识,以期实现内蒙古高职院校青年教师思想政治工作质的提高。In the new era,with the development of new technologies such as the internet and artificial intelligence,the landscape of education,methods of knowledge acquisition,and the relationship between teaching and learning are undergoing profound changes.Consequently,the ideological and political work among young teachers in higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia is facing new challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation,causes,and innovative approaches of ideological and political work among young teachers in higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia from three aspects.It proposes five innovative approaches,which are:institutional innovation,by establishing and improving a people-oriented corresponding support mechanism and incentive measures;position innovation,through the organic integration of traditional educational activities and high-tech information media;exploration of innovative methods,achieving a multi-level and multi-angle integration of young teachers’professional work with ideological and political work;activity innovation,by encouraging young teachers’healthy and joyful growth through engaging and diverse cultural and sports activities;and characteristic innovation,solidifying the sense of a shared Chinese national community through practice,with the aim of enhancing the quality of ideological and political work among young teachers in higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia.
